Matter Resolved!!!!

Hello OH members Please know that my relationship with ObesityLaw.com has been resolved on a positive note!  I am glad that everything turned out fine. 

I used Obesity Lawyers.com.  I had a marvelous experience w/them.  In fact, I had a $100. knocked off. The office worked w/me for over two years and didn't ever charge me any more. I'm sorry for what happened; doesn't sound right to me.

As this client fully knows, her card number was electronically used improperly causing us to get a new credit system. Because it was a VIRTUAL system bank error was involved, AND she was credited the DAY she called about the error.

Additionally, the work was performed, and this slanderous post is a disgusting attempt to get a full refund for work performed.

Shall I post your apology to me for understanding the error, and my immediate action to correct the situation?

You were asked as late as yesterday what the total amount was that you were overcharged and we agreed you owed only 225, but when we said the work was performed AND PROOF SHOWN IT WAS SENT TO YOUR CARRIER, you chose to go this route.

You should be ashamed of yourself for making up a story to get back all of your money despite us doing the work for you.

Ok, THIS LADY IS A FUNNY LADY and I am very glad we spoke and resolved this.

LOL, Gary it was nice talking with you!  I am glad also that we ironed everything out.  The early intervention letter looks great!  Im eager to get this letter to my doctor and get things in motion!  I will keep you informed of the approval process.  I hope this will be all I need.   Thanks so much for the referrals, and I hope we'll get to meet soon.
