HUMANA HIGH HMO help/ I want the best Dr DR GAGNER in Miami Beach SOS

What do you do when ur new surgeon tells u you have a hiatal hernia that needs to be repair , i am been throwing up everyday  after my 3rd moth of surgery 2004 rny, the surgeon bariatric  dr Gagner humana :says it is not cover in my netword of doctors...please help me I called Humana , get a lawyer? I m tired of this way of being in pain, no able to eat meat or chicken and just being like i am!! claudia
