What are the odds with Obesity Law?

I WANT TO HAVE THE DUODENAL SWITCH.  I HAD MY FIRST CONSULT IN NOVEMBER OF 2005. MY INSURANCE COMPANY JERKED ME AROUND.  I COULD GET APPROVAL FOR THE RNY WITHOUT A PROBLEM.  I WAS NOT EVER REALLY TOLD WHY I WASN'T APPROVED FOR THE DS.  FINALLY, I DID TALK TO TWO OF THEIR STAFF NURSES WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I HIRED GARY TO APPEAL FOR ME.  I DIDN'T FEEL UP TO BATTLING THIS GIANT.  I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR THE DS AND HAVE MY SURGERY DATE!!! WE ALL HAVE OPINIONS, HOWEVER, AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED GARY AND HIS STAFF ARE MY KNIGHTS IN SHINING ARMOR!!!!!!!!!!  THEY RODE TO MY RESCUE!!!! CAN NOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH!!  GARY HAS RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS, WE'VE TALKED ON THE PHONE, HE'S BEEN THERE FOR ME. ALSO, HE WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS WITHOUT CHARGING ANYTHING AND WILL BE HONEST W/YOU.   YOU HAVE TO FIGHT!!!  GOOD LUCK!!! 1. Mr Viscio has completed training for speaking engagements in the area of Weight Loss Surgery, called Bariatrics Beyond the Blade within his Bariatrics Back on Track program.
