Cigna ?

I'm waiting for CIGNA to give  their seal of approval on my RNY- why does this feel like it's taking for freakin ever? Cigna says that my file is in review and that it got to that stage on May 16th and it could take 30 days for approval. Somebody - anybody - any advice or suggestions? Iris
