Has anyone heard from Gary recently?

Hello all...I have been trying to get in touch with Gary within the past 3 weeks!  I just emailed him today. Has anyone heard from him recently? Hopefully I will hear from soon. Im desperately trying to get the ball rolling before my surgeon goes on vacation!  This has been such a long battle trying to get a revision surgery :(.

By the way, has anyone got an approval by Aetna with a WLS exclusion by employer?
