UHC Choice Plus - Psych Exam Question

Does anyone have UHC Choice Plus? If so, did you call them for referral for your Psych Exam or did you just go and pay for it on your own?

I have UHC choice plus and I called them for an approval number to give the therapist.  UHC approved me for 20 visits to him.  They gave me a number code on the phone to give at my appt and followed up with it in writing.  It was quick and easy to get  a auth code. Jeannie
