Employer exclusion- but what if I have gallbladder surgery at same time?

My employer excludes weight loss surgery from our policy.  I have appealed to them and gotten nowhere, so I am currently trying to figure out how to self-pay.  I recently completed a 6-month presurgery program and am planning to have laparoscopic RNY.  Recently I have begun to suspect that I may have gallstones- this led me to think, would Aetna cover part of the cost if I have my gallbladder removed at the same time as the RNY? Does anyone have any experience with this?  Any responses are very much appreciated!
