Fair Hearing Next week, worth going to?

I guess there is no harm, but do I have a chance in hell? No lawyer, we cant afford it right now. They are saying my bmi isnt over 40 for 5 years+. and my co morbids arent bad enough, mild sleep apnea,PCOS, insulin resistance.what do I do, is there anychance? do you know of anyone who has won?
