Shopping for Insurance

I have been uninsured for about the last 2 years and I am fed up with it and I need to get this taken care of. I of course and looking for a provider who will cover my WLS. I am in Indiana and I was looking for some suggestions as far as what company to try. I applied with BCBS and am awaiting a decision. I have no medical conditions that I know of but I am 6', 395, with a BMI of 53.6. Please help, I am desperate. Thanks So Much Ben
