Healthnet HMO

Has anyone else had problems getting approved with Healthnet HMO? Did you appeal and how did that go?

I have Healthnet HMO and I did NOT get approved.  I appealed and was still denied.  I want a gastric sleeve and was told it is experimental.  Hope this helps. Jay
