insurance question

i hope to be moving jobs soon but will have to pay for my own insurance. i have a lapband. do anyone know of insurance i can get and still see a lapband doctors for fills and check  ups?

starting weight 383 as of 3/24/08 263 63lbs to goal (200lbs)
