Cigna Insurance

Hi all, I am very glad to have discovered you all. I'm 4 years post op rny/lap. Overall, i lost about 60 lbs. then i because preggo with twins and i have picked up about 30 of those 60 lbs and cant seem to get them off and i'm steadily gaining. I am considering revision, i have Cigna insurance and would like to know or read about someone else experience that also has cigna insurance and has wls revision.  Please help. thanks... I, too, have CIGNA through my husband's work (FedEx) and they required I meet the same qualifiers as a first WLS.  I was approved for a revision because of my BMI and co-morbids, but I had to fight with them over my choice of WLS the Duodenal Switch.  They claimed the DS is experimental/investigational (even tho' Medicare now covers it, as do a host of other insurance companies) and I had to fight with them over that.  I finally won on external appeal and CIGNA paid for my revision to the DS.
