SO I have been denied twice now. first they said my bmi was not high enough, 39. and my co -morbids are not comorbid enough. i have mild sleep apnea, pcos, fibromyalgia, and insulin resistance. so now i am waiting for my fair hearing date. any advice? anyone have experience in this realm? i have found basically no info on it. any chance they will drop it and approve it ? if i hire a lawyer what will is cost me?i am afraid i will get to that point and still lose. i dont know if i have the energy. :( any help with would be nice.

I got a quote for $800 for this stage.  Contact www.obesitylaw.com  They will email you a quote within a few days.  You can also contact medical malpractice lawyers here.   You should be approved, thats unacceptable!    If you are a state employee LET ME KNOW.  I may be able to help more

Do you know anything about UHC State employee insurance for revisions?  I will hire Gary if I need to, I did it for my first surgery and it was worth the $.  Do you have any idea of requrements for revisions?  Any ideas would be helpful.
