Cigna Approval Process

So my surgeon's office sent my paperwork over on Thursday 3/27/08.  I called Cigna today and was told the Nurse has it and is reviewing the paper work.  Where at in the approval process is this?  Does any one know?

Vegas it means its in a reviewer hands now and going over all the records and demographics to see if you qualify with their medical policy guidelines.  It should not take too long before you know what the outcome will be just be patient sometimes it takes a little while if they have a lot of records to review.

Be patient, I've never gotten a response from Cigna in less than 30 days.
