Angry with BCBS of Ga..They Lied to me!!!

Some of you have been following my appeal..I called BCBS yesterday. While I was on the phone the agent email the appeals dept. stating she wanted the mail slip from them showing my file was sent to Maximus ( and independent study group for Medcare appeals Part C )...She said she would call me back.. .I told her.. I had another customer service person at BCBS tell me they don't call clients back..She said ,oh, yes we do. We have to do it on overtime and this is a great company to work for they will pay us..Some CS don't like to stay over.. True to her word she called about 5:30.... Ready?...When she asked  appeals where my appeal was,? She was told they sent it to Maximus..Then she said send me the mail slip where it was sent...How can they play with my life and then lie to me??? I will send her file out again!...I am so MAD!!!!!!
