How common is it?

How common is it to be denid by insurance the first time around?

Very normal to be honest.  Does your insurance cover the procedure soemtimes if your insurance is self funded they don't cover it.  I would ask Gary on this site I used him for my denial and he did wonders for me he can lead you in the right direction.  He had my decision overturned by the state  it's worth the money they to have to pay for the surgery.
