Denied by Cigna

because my comorbidities (hypertension, diabetes) are in control with the use of the meds I'm taking and my BMI is 37.  Don't know if I should proceed with trying to get insurance approval.  Welcome any advice!!  I would LOVE  to be able to get off meds.

I was denied by Cigna (for lapband) as well back in November (diet history had too many gaps).  My BMI is 43.   I completed a 6 consecutive month diet history in February.  Also I had my ankle & foot specialist to write a letter regarding the  foot issues I have secondary to obesity.    I am currently in the appeal process with them.
