New here, hoping for help getting approved...

I am Robyn, I'm 25 years old 5'8" and 375 lbs. My husband recently switched from his BCBS HMO of IL to a national ppo plan. I was told that a PPO is much easier to get approved with. My mom, step mom and uncle have all had gastric by pass and have all had great success with it. I was thinking that now that I have a ppo where I can choose what doctor I'd like to go to, I'd start by going to a free seminar from the same surgeon that my mom went to for her surgery. The only problem is that he's about 4 hours away. I need any information that anyone can give me on how to get my ppo insurance to approve me. I will only have this insurance until 2009. After that, I have no idea what insurance I'll have. I'm a little lost here. Help me please!
