Healthy Indiana Plan (thru ANthem)

Indiana started a new plan for low income called Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it and if WLS is covered???  It is different than the Hoosier Healthwise wich is medicaid.  I have looked everywhere and no answers!
