indiana medicaid

has anyone dealt with indiana medicaid in trying to get WLS? how difficult was it? how long did it take?

I am looking for information reguarding the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) it is similar to medicaid but individuals have to pay into a power account each month.   Good luck, hope you find some info soon.
