6 month diet

I am in my 4 month of the pre-op 6 month diet for Cigna.  I was wondering if anyone has heard of someone being denied because they lost weight during the diet?  I figured if I could lose maybe 10-15 lbs in the next two months, it would bring the amount of weight I need to lose post op down so the likely hood of me getting to my goal with in the first year will be increased.  If anyone has Cigna or anyother insurance and has a comment on this chime in please!!!!  

Thanks!  I guess since this is such a life changing decision I am nervous and my not so attractive ttraits are coming out, which one is being a worry wort.  Thanks again!  BTW your forms are being used by myself also.  I believe they will be the leading factor in my approval.  Thanks Again.
