Exercise program???

Yet another question, I feel like I dominate this board. lol. I contacted my insurance company and they said "documented exercise program" could that be a gym membership??

Hey Saletia!  I dont know for you but my guess would be what they mean is, yea a receipt stating a gym membership but maybe they are also looking for a trainer at the facility to have signed off on a work-out regimen designed for you and to make sure you are following it?  I would call them back and ask them to be more specific on that one.  You dont want to leave them any room to not approve you.  Ya know what though?  I know we have emailed each other a couple of times about our similar situation and the full time job I want and still might get offered, well their ins is through principal as well. lol  Thats nuts, but ya.  I actually joined the YMCA on Monday and started working out to hopefully lose some weight before my surgery.  Hope it works out for ya hun!
