Aetna POS

Has anyone had any major issues with getting approved from Aetna POS?

I had problems with Aetna....for about 2 weeks. They denied and I sent all of my 3 month multi-disciplinary prepatory regiment office notes to them and they immediately approved....and I am having a covered surgery 2/11/08. I had spotty 5 year obesity records, co-morbidities of diabetes and sleep apnea, and struggled on the 6 month medical or 3 month regiment records. If you need help with Aetna, I am an expert and am willing to help.
