BCBS PPO Maryland Approved me!!

I was approved for the sleeve, VSG. I have BCBS of Maryland. It's a Nationwide PPO program. I was required to have the 6 month diet. I did an online diet where I purchased Medifast and New Life Style products. I printed out all my purchases and my weight loss log along with lesson plans. I really didn't think they'd take it but they did. Debbie

well congrats, i also have Carefirst BC/BS of MD triple choice PPO. It only took Me 2 weeks to get approved after my 6 mth supervised diet
