Anyone with Core source or OneNet got approved?

Hi all, I live in Maryland and after 4 and half months of running back and forth with DH's insurance we just found out yesterday after submit ion that employer has EXCLUDED the procedure, we have been calling them on their own hotline for the past 6 months 4 times and they said it is included! Now the only option that I want to have is to get insurance from my own job (which I just checked SPD and all with HR manager to make sure it is covered, included and everything!)  Now my question is have any of you had OneNet or Core Source and if you have please let me know how was your  approval/denial process? How are they to deal with? Thanks for the long vent, Ellie
