Gary....help

i wAS wondering if you you can help me..ok so insurance says 5 year weight history wouldnt that be 2007 ,06 05 04 03..? thats 5 yrs right so why are they now asking for 02 i dont have any records exept for while i was pregnant.. and they say i cant use that weight... now what... i am so worried.. i dont want to be denied. before i was preg. i only weighed 198 which isnt enough to get the lap band.. but again i thought the 5 yrs of weight history was enough...

My insurance req. was 5 year history and I only gave them from 2003 to present. 

These co. just kill me.  Hang in there......I'm watching all of these cases closely as I have my first dr. apt. in a week.  I'm preparing through all of you. Keeping my fingers crosses on your behalf. H.
