what the......... help
They are probably counting a year as: 2002-2003 (year 1), 2003-2004 (year 2), 2004-2005 (year 3) 2005-2006 (year 4) and 2006-2007 (year 5). All they should need for 2002 is your history starting on the same month as you began the process this year. If you began in say September, give them everything from September of 2002 on. It shouldn't matter that you were pregnant at the time, they should be able to figure out that it wasn't all baby causing the scale to go up. You could even have the OB/GYN write a statement to that affect.
Best of Luck
Interesting... my insurance says the same thing, and they are hung up on the fact taht I don't have any weights for 2003 (didn't see the doc that year). So for them, 2003 is the first of five years. Judging by that criteria, I can get weighed in on January 1st 2008 and that makes five years for them. I love how they have information about my BMI being over 45 in 1996, 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and that's not good enough because I don't have 2003's stats. And I freaking DID see the doctor twice that year, but both times I wasn't weighed.
I can feel your pain.
