Last step before going to court....

I sent in my appeal to my employers benefits administrator, they then requested that I sign HIPPA releases for my providers so their independent (NOT) doctors (who are affilated with Highmark, which is my isurance company so I do not view this as being an independent review) can gather information and make a recommendation to the benefits admin board for the final decision. Honestly, I have lost all faith and trust with this process and look at this as just a step to get through before I take them all to court. It's ridiculous....

Sarah, I will agree with you....I have been following your issue and I want to be the first in line to watch you kick some serious insurance a$$.
