This question is for people that have been approved for weightloss surgery. Where do you work? Im currently looking for a new job with insurance that covers weightloss surgery and need some ideas!! thanks.

Good luck.  I'd avoid walmart.  Though we did get someone in florida covered by walmart

I read some where in my travels online that Home Depot and 7-11 had insurance policies for employees that cover WLS.  Its been a while since I saw the information and I cant find it now so it may have changed.   I did not investigate it further.  There were other companies listed too but those are the 2 that stick out in my mind.   Teri

David, I hope you dont mind me asking.. but does your wife work in the insurance industry as admin or is she an agent?  I have only run across 1 company that offers health insurance to agents and of course there were sales requirements which I understand.    Teri

Also, you may want to check out Starbucks.  Ive heard their health coverage may cover WLS as well.  Again, I have not fully investigated it, but its worth checking out.  Their benefits are listed on their site, but of course the specifics are not listed. If my insurance gets denied, I may just be making some caramel macchiatos. :) Teri
