Approved by TriCare BUT......

I was FINALLY approved by Tricare (after 7 months of the run around) but I was only approved for Open RNY. I want Lap RNY. My Drs office is going to resubmit my request to have it changed to Lap. Has anyone ever done this? How long did it take and did they change it? Thanks!!

Congratulations Dana! My paperwork was submitted to Tricare 10/23, so now it is just waiting to see what happens.  I would figure it would not take more than a week.  Good luck!

OK well it took about 3 days! LOL. Im APPROVED for LAp gastric Bypass now!!! YAYA
