Specific Hospital for insurance....

Does anyone have HEALTHFIRST TPA Insurance, if so what are the guidelines and requirements for surgery.

If you already don't have the information, you will need to request plan documents detailing all your coverage options for your plan.  You should be able to get that information on your TPA's Web site or by calling the customer service department and requesting it via fax or through the mail.
