First Visit Completed

Went to my first visit yesterday.  Sat through their "Patient Education Class" and paid the $200 fee to get started.  The nurse said I was a candidate for surgery and that I "shouldn't have any issue with insurance approval. I have BSBC or NC(I brought in my 5 year weight history with me  thanks OH.com!) My five year history has a few gaps where I just didn't go to the doc or anywhere else that I was weighed in those years, but I do have 4 of the last 5 which she thinks will be ok.  She was so dismissive of my concerns, she's either really knowledgeable or a real jerk.  I hope the first is correct, she was really (over the top) nice about everything else.   Well, see...
