Which insurance co should I pick?

Hi everyone!  New to OH.  Awesome resource! I'm looking into WLS and am a self-employed person.  I am covered by the best Kaiser Permanente insurance option a person can buy (~$750/mo family of 3).  They don't cover WLS.  Does anyone have any recommendations on which insurance to switch to that DOES pay for WLS?  I live in the Portland, Oregon area.   Thanks!!
