Bye, Bye Cigna Hello Anthem BCBS

 I just got my anthem insurance card today!  coverage starts October 1st I'm so excited, I got a packet for what they cover  (wls)  and they cover almost everything and so far so good! Next step, pre op appointments!

YAY!! I know personally how difficult Cigna can be. I recently had a similar change. I had Cigna and now have BCBS Federal and became effective the 16th. I am just waiting for them to print our cards and mail them out. Once I receive it I can hand it to the surgeons office and they can finish the process of completing my paperwork.
