Anthem Blue Preferred

My insurance company says I must have 6 months supervised weight loss.   I've been seeing my doctor for over a year for weight loss.  We meet every 2 to 4 months.  I read someone's post that you have to have a monthly weigh-in.  Is that correct?  If so, that means I have to have another 6 months!
