Please can someone help me with a appeal letter?

I was denied last week and now that I am done feeling sorry for myself I need to fight this and get an appeal going. The problem is I am terrible at writing letters so if any of you that have had to do this could help me I would really really appreciate it. Thanks so much Michelle

Michelle, I'm not sure what type of surgery you're having, but I was turned down for the Vertical Sleeve.  I just faxed my appeals letter and documentation yesterday.  You can check out the unofficial VSG website,  www.vsgfaq.com  look under Resources and Denied by Insurance?  Mercy Q has shared her appeals letter for her Vertical Sleeve.  I found it very helpful in writing my own letter. If you're not getting the Sleeve, I'm not sure how helpful this letter will be. Hopefully someone on this site has info for your type of surgery. Jo

AFTER READING HUNDREDS OF PROFILES, I SAVE A FEW.. TRY LOOKING UP "KIMBERLY FRENDY" SHE HAS AN APPEAL LETTER THAT SHE SHARED AND SAID ANYONE COULD USE IT. HOPE IT HELPS!
