Should I call?

My paperwork was submitted to insurance one week ago today.  I know that many of the people I have talked to that have bcbs of alabama say that they got some of their approvals after a week.  I am trying to find out should I call them?  I am extremely excited and cant help but want to know as soon as possible.

Giggle. You must have more self-control than I- I would have been on the phone with them at like 8 AM this morning. I would call! It doesn't hurt anything to call and ask for an update at least- then they can tell you how much longer it will be if they don't have an answer yet.
