DR. BERYL HARBERG(DOES ANY1 HAVE INFO ON HIM)

If anyone had a VBG done by Dr. Beryl Harberg in Houston Texas and you know that he closed his practice due to his own illness, were you notified that this was happening? If so, did he refer his patients to another doctor regarding in complications arising any procedure that he did. the reason I am asking is because I didn;t find out he closed his pratice until i saw a post on this website. Need help b/c my band has slipped and insurance company is giving me the blues with trying to get a revision done. any info or insight you have will be greatly appreciated. thanks
