BCBS FL

Hello ALL, I am new here I am in AZ but my company ins. is BCBS FL.  the research I have done indicates that they are unlikely to cover the surgery.  I was just wondering if anyone has had the surgery (Bypass or Lapband) with this ins. and was covered??  I am at the end of my rope and fear that this is my last option denial would be horrible!! Any insight here would be wonderful. . .Kittenqutie
