Indiana Medicaid Help

I have been told that I meet the requirments.  Ive been told if im over 40% BMI im good.  Ive been told that if my docotor lets me in his office im good.  I went ans saw him friday and he was acting like he wanted to go ahead and scheduale my surgery lol.  I dont now what to explect.  Ive never had any type of sugery. All i now is is that they sent out my papers friday. All I need to do is get cleared cardi wise and get a note saying i dont do drugs, dont drink and dont smoke.  I go in tommorow for a ECHO wchih will clear me.  Then all i need is my note.
