Insurance denied me, again - form on Gary's website

Hello, I found out on thursday that my insurance denied me, for the second time for 'paperwork' issues.   I had gone to Gary's website and filled out the form for someone to contact me - but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping Gary and company read this and can review all the info I put on the form on the website. Thanks!!

Hi Tammi: There is also a phone number listed on the site you can call. I believe the site says that some emails are caught be the spam filter. That happened to me, but he did return my phone call within a reasonable time. Good Luck  with your insurance fight.
