Schaller Anderson HELP??

Does anyone else have Schaller Anderson?  I have heard they are really really difficult and deny most.  They do cover the surgery but deny most people.  Does anyone know anything about them and has anyone personally been approved/denied by them?   I had to call 4 times before they would even tell me that they do cover it.  They said they didn't 3 times and finally on the forth I called their bluff and said the hospital told me they did and they finally fessed up.   Im only 7 weeks out from my surgery date and Im nervous they will deny me. Looking for other people with them for the scoop!  I am finishing up my 6 months of required management next week and starting all of the expensive testing.
