Revision Code? Personal Choice

Hi there.  I'm a lapband to DS conversion and was wondering if there was a different code to ask if they approve revisions vs a standard DS?  I called and the DS itself is ok, but I'm told a REVISION to DS might be a different case.   If anyone has had this ins and/or exp with revisions/codes I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
