BCBS of IL EPO?? Do you have it???

I have BCBS of IL EPO, and I was wondering how hard is it to get approved. I have all mt doctors records from 1998, and I have been on several weight loss physician supervised diets (just not recently). I think I have a thousand co-morbidities(sp). I was wondering how hard is it to get approved.

Any progress on you experience with the EPO?  I have already had wls surgery through Cigna last year but my husband just signed with bcbs IL epo and I was curious also how they are?  I still do not quite understand what the difference is between epo and ppo. Thanks
