My Appeal is on Wed. Please Help, What do I need???

Anyone that has been threw the appeal, could you please help me. Mine is on Wed. What do I do, type out a letter and read about all my health problems and life? Or do they ask me questions from my appeal letter that I already sent in to get the appeal. Please, any help?????

just jot down an outline, why you need the surgery, family history, your medical conditions and how you meet or exceed their criteria.  Then answer their questions, but dont plead.
