Alliance Select

Hello all. I am considering the Lap Band procedure and I currently have Alliance Select. Does anyone else here have Alliance Select? I know it pays 60%,but someone told me that their whole procedure was covered under the plan. Why was their's covered fully? Can anyone help..................
