New Here, Quesitons- which insurance to choose???

Hi everyone, I was on the website the other day, and came across a section where everyone had listed their insurance co and approvals/denials...requirements etc.  I can't seem to find it now! Can anyone direct me? My husband just started a new job, and we have two choices for insurance. Kaiser or Pacificare (CA). If I remember right I will be more likely to get an approval from Pacificare, but I need to do more reaserch to convince my husband it's worth the extra $150 a month in our already tight budget.   Any personal expericence with either?  My BMI is around 45. Check out that Kaiser plan carefully.  My sister has Kaiser and they don't cover WLS at all.  She is gaing to have to self pay.
