Anyone have experience with BC/BS Federal Employees Plan?

I also have Federal BC/BS out of Kansas and I was approved withing a week.  My surgeon said that Federal BC/BS is the easiest regarding the approval process. So good luck.

That's great to hear! Another member posted that they heard they were easy to deal with. Some early information from one local bariatric center says that they don't preapprove, rather you have to wait until after surgery and then send them a claim form with documentation.  Was this the case with you? Also, do you know anything about what their criteria for acceptance is? Thanks for the feedback.
