please help...

I called me insurance company CBSA in Austin and was told they need more information before they will approve my lapband surgery. I have seen several diet doctors over the last 2 years. But the only one i saw consistently was about 1 year ago(like 5months). Should I sent the insurance company this information or should I  continue to see my pcp for monthly supervise visits.?

I personally would send them ANY and ALL information about the diet attempts you have done... expecially the one you did for 5 months a year ago. Just keep seeing your PCP for your supervised diet while waiting for insurance approval...  GOOD LUCK
