UHC 5 year rule

Does the 5 year morbid obesity rule w/ UHC still hold if you have co-morbidity issues? I have probably 3 years of history but within the last year have been diagnosed with venous insufficiency and pre-diabetes. Before this I was just obese...not morbidly! I would think this should hold some weight with UHC!

If they deny you, appeal.  Georgia has a really good insurance department that will review denials for private insurance carriers.     They usually don't let that 5 year rule sit.
